Preliminary Steps to Providing "PublicPIM" for your website

          b. Insure that PHP and MySQL extensions are
               available on the server.
          c. Determine hostname for any MySQL databases
              you create.
          d. Establish Username and Password that give
               you (read/write) privileges to your

2. Contact Google for account and Maps API key
     a. To sign up for account (popup)
           Logon to:
           https://www.google.com/accounts/NewAccount
           to fill out and execute the New Account Form
     b. To obtain a free Google map API key
           Logon to:
           http://www.google.com and click on Sign in at top
           right of screen to Sign in to Google
     c.   To make a request to generate a map API key
            Logon to:
            http://code.google.com/apis/maps/signup.html
            to fill out key generation form.

            and click on Generate API key and you will see
